It is very important to us here at Newman's that our partnership with you be as smooth as possible. In an effort to provide you the same high level of service that we have built our reputation on over the years, here are a few housekeeping details you should know.
Office hours:
Monday through Friday, 6:00am-3:00pm, Saturday 6:00am-12:00pm.
Ordering:
-You may order, standard inventory list, during normal office hours. After that time you may place your orders via the voice mail messaging system. Please speak clearly and be specific when ordering.
-Please be aware that orders for morning delivery must be received no later than 6:30am of that same day. Orders received after 6:30am will be sent on the next delivery day for your route.
-Emergency orders for same day delivery, will be sent on a PM truck for a $20 delivery fee; orders must by received no later than 9:00am.
-Emergency orders are still subject to the $100 minimum.
-Will Call hours are Mon-Fri 10am-3pm, and Sat 10am-1pm.
-Same day Will Call orders must be placed no later than 11am.
Deliveries:
-There is a minimum order amount of $100 for all deliveries. Orders not meeting this minimum will be charged an additional $20 delivery fee.
Delivery Schedule:
1. NW Portland, Downtown: Mon-Sat
2. Vancouver, Camas, Gresham Mon/Wed/Fri
3. Newberg, Dundee, McMinville: Tues/Sat
4. Inner SE/NE Portland (from the river to 39th): Mon-Sat
5. Outer SE/NE Portland (from 39th to Gresham): Mon/Wed/Fri
6. Beaverton,Tigard: Tues/Sat
7. Lake Oswego,West Linn, Sellwood: Mon/Wed/Fri
Terms:
-Please be aware of the terms of your account and that a new customer applicaton, credit application, credit card authorization form, and credit card must be on file and approved to receive terms from Newman's Fish CO. Please note, depending on your browser settings, the PDF files may open in your browser window or download to a folder on your computer.
-C.O.D. Accounts require payment at time of delivery. Product will not be delivered without payment unless a credit application, and Credit Card information is on file with Newman's Fish Co.
-Newman's standard terms of credit is 10 day net.
-Newman's accepts Visa or Mastercard payments, as well as C.O.D payments made by cash or check.
-Past due accounts are subject to a 2% finance charge per month on outstanding balances.
-There will be a $25 charge for all Returned or NSF checks.
-Prices are subject to change without notice.
Returns: Claims for returns must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
-If there is a problem with an item and you feel it needs to be returned, please tag it and set it aside in your cooler for the driver or salesperson to pick up.
-All credit on returned items is subject to review of said item by Newman's management.
-If credit is issued a credit memo will be sent to you with your next delivery reflecting the adjustment accordingly.
-Newman's can not take back any product that has been cut or cooked by non-Newman's employees.

Holidays: Newman's Fish Co. will be closed the following days:
Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's day.
